A Hood Canal Classic. Techniques of oyster shucking, paired with champagne and a lesson on the history of Hood Canal.

Pallets & Pairings

Take a trip just down the road to Hunter Farms Pumpkin Patch. Ride the tractor out to the pumpkin patch and pick just the right one. Return to the resort and have Pumpkin carving with the Sous Chef and local wines.
