Marty McCormack - Director of Sales & Marketing
With nearly two decades in the hospitality industry, Marty McCormack manages overall direction and planning for the resort’s sales and catering staff, including group and corporate functions, weddings and social business in his role as Director of Sales and Marketing. Joining Alderbrook five years ago, McCormack previously worked as the Market Sales Manager for the Marriott hotel group, Waterfront Marriott and at Seattle’s historic Edgewater Hotel as Senior Sales Manager. McCormack resides in Bellevue, Wash. with his wife and two children.

Mark Phelan - Sales Manager
Mark Phelan has been with Alderbrook Resort since the grand reopening in 2004. He has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry, working in restaurants, private clubs, and hotels. Mark has held several positions at Alderbrook, including Banquet Manager, Food and Beverage Director, and most recently Director of Catering and Conference Services. For the past year, Mark has been a Group Sales Manager. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and kayaking.

Kimberly Wyckoff - Sales Manager
With 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kimberly Wyckoff brings her knowledge and love for keeping the client happy to Alderbrook Resort & Spa’s sales team where she has been a sales manager for 3 years. Wyckoff started her career as a coordinator with Marriott and quickly moved into a sales manager role for the Residence Inn, Courtyard and Fairfield Inn (by Marriott). She then decided she wanted to expand into Full Service so became a sales manager at the Alexis Hotel, A Kimpton Hotel in downtown Seattle, where she handled more than 40 corporate accounts as well as most of the group bookings for the hotel. Most recently, Wyckoff handled the East Coast Market for the Hotel Monaco-Seattle, also a Kimpton Hotel. Kimberly resides in Woodinville, WA with her husband and baby girl.

Kristin Wiseman - Director of Catering
Brings 20 plus years experience in the hospitality industry with extensive work with the public in Hotel operations and sales positions. Formerly with Westcoast Hotels, Kristin managed multiple departments in an open, positive and rewarding manner as a leader and educator. Joining the Alderbrook Team in 2005, Kristin offers vision, experience, energy, and professionalism to exceed the guests’ expectations for successful and memorable stays in planning multiple type special events as the Catering Sales Manager for the Resort. Originally from the Hood Canal area, her involvement with local area organizations has not only provided valuable contacts with community leaders, it instills a sense of pride for both herself and the Resort in the local community.
