Our restaurant menu showcases local seafood harvested from Puget Sound and the Hood Canal with savory creations like tiny sweet oysters or Dungeness crab cakes with red jalapeno sabayon… Mmm, a glass of Washington Sauvignon Blanc with that, please. Fresh local lettuces and handcrafted artisanal cheeses. And a changing menu that is simple and refined at the same time with flavours that expand in your mouth. Truth is, we’re proud to serve you some of the best food and wine in the region.

Executive Chef Lucas Sautter is known for savory, high-quality dishes featuring locally harvested seafood and seasonal produce. Chef Lucas’ vast experience and culinary expertise offer diners a fresh spin on our classic menu.
A French trained chef, who graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, began his career in the kitchen at age sixteen and has followed his culinary passion to the rise of Executive Chef here at the Alderbrook Resort.
Chef Lucas oversees menu development, ordering, teaching and training of staff, and overall supervision of the Restaurant. Additionally, Sautter will bring his fresh culinary style to menu planning for special events such as weddings and seasonal five-course winemaker and Brewmaster dinners.
