1st CiderHood Tasting Event

Our first CiderHood tasting event welcomed 14 cideries between Seattle and Portland to enjoy the range of flavors and textures of hard cider in the region.  The edible landscape aspect of our property shone through with food accompaniments by our culinary team, Paella House Port Townsend, Fungi Perfecti, Hama Hama Oyster Company and Olympic Mountain Ice Cream.  Cidercraft Magazine curated the cideries at this event and their Editor and Publisher joined us for the festivities.

CiderHood showcases the edible landscape aspect of our culinary program and will be added to our repertoire of annual Northwest Traditions in 2016 and the years to come.
