2017 Yoga Offerings with Joonbug Yoga at Alderbrook Resort & Spa

Grab a yoga buddy and start the new year with wellness at Alderbrook Resort & Spa! We are delighted to expand our yoga offerings in 2017 with weekly classes, retreats and yoga teacher training with local Yogini, Michelle Pugh, owner of Joonbug Yoga!


What’s new?

  • Swim and stretch! Aqua yoga offers flowing movements designed to increase balance, flexibility and strength for the entire body for 45 minutes in the saltwater pool. End with 15 minutes of soothing exercises in the jacuzzi that focus on gentle movements for the neck, shoulders, joints and overall relaxation. No experience necessary and drop-ins are welcome!
  • Mindful Mondays! Try our evening All Levels 8-class yoga class held on Mondays at 6:00 p.m. starting February 6th – March 27th, 2017. Pre-registration is required to attend this class session at
  • Wash away old news and welcome new intentions at Full Moon yoga! Class is held indoors during the Fall and Winter months and outdoors during the Spring and Summer months at 7:00 p.m. on the full moon each month to illuminate and refresh the body, mind and spirit inside and out.
  • Plan a wellness retreat get away! Join Joonbug Yoga and guest teachers at The Art of Health and Wellness yoga retreat March 24 – 26th, 2017 to experience the benefits of yoga, tai chi, journaling, meditation and other mindful practices. Beginners welcome! Pre-register by February 24th, 2017 at to reserve your space.
