New Moon Floating Sound Bath

The new moon is all about rebirth and transformation. It's a chance to get a fresh perspective on our intentions and meditate on our future!

Join us for a Floating Sound Bath at the Alderbrook! This new moon meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves, produces by the playing of the crystal singing bowls. Each bowl aligns with one of the seven chakras and creates a unique frequency that encourages peacefulness and calm. Each class, a set of bowls will be selected for us, a custom sound experience. This is held in the pool house, guests are encouraged to come in bathing suits for the floating sound bath experience, but there will be yoga mats available for poolside experience.

Why sound bathing? If you have ever had difficulty with meditation because you couldn't "turn off" your brain, then sound bathing may be helpful for you! It gives you something to focus on instead of what is at the forefront of your mind, allowing you to dive deeper into yourself and truly relax.
