Sound Bathing

Join us for a Sound Bath at the Alderbrook! This meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves, produces by the playing of the crystal singing bowls. Each bowl aligns with one of the seven chakras and creates a unique frequency that encourages peacefulness and calm. Each class, a set of bowls will be selected for us, a custom sound experience. Guests are encouraged to sit or lay down for meditation on the provided yoga mats.
