Alderbrook’s dining experience includes a full-service restaurant and bar specializing in locally harvested seafood from the PNW. The Restaurant at Alderbrook features a special “Shore to Table”  menu enabling guests to taste fresh ingredients sourced from the region and features savory flavors served in a relaxed, yet elegant environment.


Under the guidance of our Executive Chef, Ben Jones, the seasonally-driven menu extends beyond seafood to focus on a variety of ingredients foraged directly from the ground’s edible landscape, from mushrooms to maple buds. Each dish artfully pairs with our broad selection of beer, wine, spirits and hard cider from the region. The extensive wine list reflects Alderbrook’s dedication to fine wines and features selections from Washington State and Oregon, while the full bar offers a wide array of specialty cocktails complete with in-house infusions.


Breakfast: Monday – Friday, 7:00 – 11:00 a.m. MENU
Brunch: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Lunch: Monday – Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: Daily, 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Blended Burger Project

Alderbrook Resort & Spa has entered into the James Beard Foundation Blended Burger Project!  Restaurants nationwide will be featuring “blended burgers” made by combining finely chopped mushrooms with meat, creating a burger that’s tastier, healthier, and more sustainable.

The Blended Burger at Alderbrook will feature a smoked mushroom herb patty with ground veal and Raikes beef, coffee-maple bacon jam, house-cured bacon, pickled onions, signature "goop" sauce, tomatoes, and lettuce.
