We recently hosted a 3 day conference at the Alderbrook Resort and I could not have been happier with the staff, setting, meeting rooms, and food. Since the resort is remote, I was concerned that being there for 3 days, especially in February, would feel tedious and isolated - but it was fantastic. The location was picturesque. You could see the water and the trees from the spacious, comfortable rooms, there were hiking trails across the street, and plenty to explore. We went to Union Market for one dinner, but otherwise stayed at the resort - the food and space did not ever get monotonous. The whole staff really went abobe and beyond, thank you!

Thanks again for making the effort to follow up with me about the event, we had an AWESOME time. From hanging out on the dock-side bar to “settle in”, to the meeting room, (breakfast and lunch rocked), to golf (thanks for taking our clubs to the pro shop for us!!!), to the wine tasting (Amy was extremely knowledgeable and fun to hang out with, and the food was of superb quality and quite delicious indeed).
You all worked extremely hard to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it and I must say that through all the changes, everyone could have truly not been more accommodating. Thank you for your patience, grace and attentiveness.
As for the fire pit and evening wine specials, we had extra wood delivered with a smile, the s’mores were delicious and the wine was too good – I think we drank another 5 bottles! Next time I see some Abeja, I’m buying’ a case!
You all need to know everyone in my group was blown away with the quality of the total experience and top-notch service that is harder to find than a fancy place to stay. Alderbrook truly demonstrated a total package, making for an outstanding and memorable experience. We are STILL talking about that weekend. WAY too fun.

Just a delayed but sincere note to express how well our recent marketing meeting went at Alderbrook. The environment was perfect in that the remote location “forced” us to focus on our meeting and escape the city pace. The particular meeting room that we were in was a great atmosphere… (Fireplace, natural daylight and comfy chairs). The best part was that your banquet food was really great! In addition, our team did the Amazing Race and during this time all of the staff that we encountered were really positive and helpful when we would run up to them for clues. Thank you for all you did to organize this experience for our team.
