Whiskey+Chowder Festival with Edible Seattle Magazine & Metropolitan Market

Executive Chef, Josh Delgado, was invited to share Hood Canal-inspired chowder at the Edible Seattle and Metropolitan Market’s 1st Whiskey + Chowder event at the Foundry in Seattle. Josh created bacon-corn chowder with russet potatoes, cilantro oil, pickled corn, fresh cilantro, Alaska weather vane scallops and fresh wasabi from a local farm in the Skokomish Valley. It was a great event and we look forward to enjoying in future years!
