Enjoy a guided meditation through the trails at the Alderbrook. Inspired by the ancient therapy of shinrynyoku, this meditation follows two dynamics: the benefits of the forest, especially the most researched one, the phytoncides, or essential oils and their healthful effect on our systems, and our awareness of these benefits and ourselves. You will be guided through sensorial stations, reflecting on the nature surrounding, and its impact on your various senses.

Forest bathing, or "shinrin-yoku," is all about spending time in nature to boost your health. It can lower stress and blood pressure, improve your mood and sleep, and even strengthen your immune system. The fresh air and serene environment help you feel more relaxed and energized. Plus, it’s a great way to unplug and enjoy some mindfulness.

Meet us in the Lobby at activity time to begin your adventure!
