A unique venue for year-round weddings, corporate meetings and private functions, Alderbrook Resort & Spa is home to 7,000 square feet of beautifully-appointed event space. Our Washington State venues include 10 standard meeting rooms, expansive outdoor function space, and a private dining room.

Indoor event spaces, such as Alderbrook’s Olympic Ballroom, contain state-of-the-art multimedia presentation technology and high-speed internet. With stunning mountain, garden and water views, the Olympic Ballroom makes for a welcoming location to host any corporate or private function. The Grand Ballroom is also adjacent to an inviting foyer ideal for conference check-in or cocktail receptions.

Alderbrook also boasts three outdoor event locations, including the Waterfront Lawn, Cottage Lawn, and Courtyard Lawn. These spaces can be used for open-air gatherings, including weddings and receptions, as well as outdoor meetings or corporate events. The resort also offers a 54-foot private yacht, The Lady Alderbrook, which can accommodate corporate events, meetings or small receptions with a 750-square foot inside the cabin and 400-square foot open-air upper deck.

The private dining room located in The Restaurant at Alderbrook is also available as venue space and can accommodate up to 16 people. The resort can also provide a wide range of catering options for groups, from a selection of snacks to a full buffet to a beachfront barbecue. Groups can also book a unique meeting and team building options such as group spa services, chartered boat trips, hiking or kayak tours. 

Groups seeking an interactive culinary adventure can select a canal-side feast at our marine venue, Union City Market, or a woodland secret supper in our dining venue located inside our nature trails, the Gathering Grove.


Our team will help you choose from 7,000 square feet of flexible meeting space with state-of-the-art multimedia presentation technology and high-speed Internet access. All meeting rooms feature easy access to expansive decks and waterfront venues. We can prepare a selection of snacks, a buffet or even a beachfront barbecue. The resort provides complimentary self-parking and valet parking service options for your event and meeting attendees. In addition to discounted accommodations for your guests, we can also arrange for treatments at The Spa at Alderbrook, chartered boat trips, kayak tours, and custom team building activities.
